Sri Lanka 2026

Join Sasha and our community for a magical Yoga experience that combines adventure, culture, community & Yoga.

10 days of soulful Yoga and adventure, full of joy, release and connection. These retreats truly are special experiences that you will never forget and often a reset as we use the space to reconnect.

Sasha has been solo travelling the world for over 24 years and is a natural planner. She has spent many years travelling and staying in Sri Lanka so she knows this country incredibly well (and all the best places to eat and experience). She loves bringing people together and empowering people to step into new experiences, within the support of our group.

The experience has been carefully curated to ensure that your trip is as easy for you as can be, all you need to do is book your flights, everything else is taken care of. Know that you always have the freedom to skip Yoga classes or simply take some space to yourself at any time.

These retreats accommodate all levels and abilities and are always welcoming, friendly groups. Connect with like-minded souls and know that you are all welcome just as you are. These retreats have been fine-tuned over the past eleven years, you are good hands…

NATURE| OCEAN| CONNECT| EXPERIENCE|

Welcome to our Sri Lanka adventure, 9 nights, from the Thurs 19th March or simply 5 nights by the ocean from the 23rd March

Colombo 1 night

Train journey through the hill country

Ella 3 nights

Ahangama - by the Ocean Yoga 5 nights

Experience |

Sri Lanka has so much to offer. This slow paced island is rich in nature and wildlife. Experience the train ride that weaves through the tea plantations, a unique experience not to be missed in Sri Lanka. It’s a nature lover’s dream as we explore and hike the hill country - Ella and it’s waterfalls, forested peaks and paddy fields.

From there we venture to the South coast, to the turquoise waters and stunning sunsets which are the reason why this has become a popular Yoga & Surf destination. Ahangama is the perfect location to enjoy Yoga practices, incredible meals, beach time and sunsets drinks. Includes day trips to the historic cobbled streets of the Galle Fort, a visit to the local buddhist temple and finally to see the turtles at turtle beach.

We are travelling in peak season in March which is usually one of the driest months of the year, with the sun shining (June - Dec usually has a high risk of rain).

Colombo|

Our first day begins with a travel recovery day in the city of Colombo, float away in the rooftop infinity pool, high above the chaos, located on the coast, with incredible panoramic views of the city’s skyline, the lotus tower and the ocean.

Superior En-suite Double Bedrooms with air conditioning

Train-Ride

As we leave the big city early morning, we board the charming, vintage blue train, the surrounding transform into cool, misty mountains. The journey is an epic adventure in itself, for me, one of the best experiences that Sri Lanka has to offer. Slowing climbing into the highlands, the picturesque journey passing through tea plantations, mountain peaks, tunnels cutting through rocks and cascading waterfalls that suddenly appear by the tracks. The route includes passing over the famous nine arch bridge, an elegant, colonial era viaduct set in the jungle and tea estates.

Evening - Dinner in Ella town

Ella |

Day 1 Nine Arch Bridge, a famous, colonial era viaduct set in the jungle and tea estates. Followed by the Little Adam’s Peak climb (30-45 mins up).

Day 2 Ella Rock (2 hour climb)

Accomodation |

Staying in Ella centre, but away from the noise of the town. Solo air conditioned en-suite double bedrooms (3 x with balconies). Communal terrace with beautiful views of Ella.

5 nights - Ahangama|

After a 3 hour taxi to the South Coast, we have time to settle into our Villa before our pre-sunset Yoga session and a sunset dinner.

This hipster surf town sits on the edge of where the jungle meets the ocean. Sasha knows of the best sunset and food spots so just sit back and enjoy the experience.

Kabalana Surf and sunbathing beach is closeby.

Meals except 5 x Ahangama breakfast are not included in the price.

Yoga |

For the remaining 5 days, Sasha will be delivering 2.5 hour morning soulful elemental Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga experiences amplified with Pranayama, Music, Mantra, Mudra and little bit of shaking and moving to shake the dust.

Accomodation |

Staying in a private Villa by Koggala Lake, all rooms are Queen sized en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning. We can practice Yoga by the pool under shelter or on the grass. Enjoy the fantastic natural setting, relax in hammocks on the terrace listening to a variety of birds and watching the monkeys jump from tree to tree and playing.

The villa is a 30 mins walk to the beach or short tuk tuk ride to cafes and restaurants.

Breakfast is included : Yogurt with Oats and seasonal fruits or eggs, toast, fruit. Coffee and tea

Galle Fort & Turtle Beach |

Enjoy a day trip to Galle Fort, with cobblestone streets, colonial architecture, boutique shops, cafés, and the lighthouse.

Built by the Portuguese in the 16th century and fortified by the Dutch in the 17th century, Galle Fort is UNESCO World Heritage-listed. Every wall, cannon, and lane tells a story. You can literally feel the centuries beneath your feet.

We complete the day at turtle beach to see the turtles and to enjoy a cocktail or coconut as the sunsets.
