2026 India

Yoga Adventure

As many of you know, India has a very special place in my heart. India for me, has an indescribable, omnipresent energy, buried deep in the soil. I have never seen spiritual devotion anywhere else to the extent of India. It’s the home of Yoga and you feel the constant vibration of mantra, ritual, kirtan and the power of the deities everywhere from tuk-tuks to inside homes, to the street festivals and in the Hindu temples. Devotion is everywhere and the devotees welcome you in with open arms and into their culture thats has been weaved into Yoga Philosophy for thousands of years.

Choose between a 13 night Yoga adventure or simply 7 nights in Goa

  • 13 nights starts Sun 15th Feb - Delhi - Taj Mahal - Rishikesh - Agonda, Goa

  • 7 nights starts Sat 21st Feb - Agonda, Goa

Please do not search flights until you are ready to book as this will keep pushing prices up for everyone. There are flight suggestions and prices below.

Join me and our community for a magical Yoga experience that combines adventure, culture, community & Yoga as we explore the home of Yoga. Sasha will take care of the rest including trains and accommodation (with a budget or high end option). Know that you always have the freedom to skip Yoga classes or parts of the experience to simply take some space to yourself or to do your own thing.

Delhi - 15th Feb

We start on Sunday in the hustle and bustle of Delhi, home to so many incredible temples and restaurants. Our first day draws us deep into the city, which is an eye opening experience in itself. The food in India is insane…enjoy lunch, the Hanuman temple & the Akshardham temple. We complete the day in the Chandni Chowk market to the backdrop of the Jama Masjid Mosque with dinner in an authentic old favourite of Delhi.

Accommodation Budget option : En-suite Twin Room (sharing) or Double Bedroom (solo). Located in the Paharganj Bazaar, this option is a deep dive into the intensity of Delhi. Rooms are simple but comfortable. A 5 min walk from the metro (you can beat the daytime traffic and jump on the metro with ease at the airport. Metro opening hours 5am- 23.30). New Delhi train station is also in the same location so this option is also a short walk for the early Taj Mahal and Rishikesh trains. Sasha will be staying in this accommodation.

Accommodation High- end option : En-suite Twin Room (sharing) or Double Bedroom (solo). Located near the westernised Connaught Square, accessible by uber or taxi from the airport (roughly £10 one way). New Delhi train station is 5 mins Tuk Tuk for the early Taj Mahal and Rishikesh trains.
