Pranayama, Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra - 2 hours - All Levels

Sasha encourages you to create your own cosy atmospheric personal space in the comfort of your own home. Expect a grounding space filled with nourishment through connective mudras, breathing, mantras, soft embodied and still Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Pranayama = calming grounding Yogic Breathing

Yin Yoga Asana (posture) practice = Slow deep stretchy postures. We stay in the postures from 2-5 mins to access the deep layers of release, physically, energetically and emotionally. This rejuvenating, meditative practice calms the mind, release heavy and stuck energy and emotion, opens the physical body and releases tension.

Yoga Nidra = Lying down healing guided relaxation where we plant positive seeds of intention in the deeper layers of our subconscious.
