Styles
Sasha teaches Prana Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga. Both styles provide the perfect balance - Yin to the Yang. Both practices are deeply anchored through the breath, sustaining a meditative focus and listening deeply within to what feels right for you.
Each day, we all arrive on our mat in a different space physically, mentally and emotionally. Sasha is here to support you with variations that work for your energy and your body. But also to support your journey into a deeper state of inner connection, freedom, clarity and peace.
Flow Yoga
The breath synchronises with the Yoga postures as they flow from one to another. We build inner heat to shift physical and mental toxin through movement, the awareness and the breath. Flow Yoga allows us to find freedom in our movements and in our ways of being. We focus intuitively on our body and breath, in mindful conscious movement. We embody freedom through flowing in expressive and subtle wave-like movements. The feel of the energy of these classes is awakening, shifting, light and opening. This style of Yoga can help us tap into our own inner rhythm and into our inner creativity as we dance with our energy. Perfect on days when we feel heavy, distracted, stuck or lethargic. Varying levels are offered.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a lying down guided relaxation. Also known as Yogic Sleep, it is a place where we enter into complete physical relaxation, where we shut down the thinking mind but we stay fully aware. In this deep restful state, we not only relax our body and mind but we mentally process unconsciously and absorb positive ideas & energy as we transfer into a deep state of restful healing. Suitable for all.
Yin Yoga
The Yin to the Yang. Yin Yoga has a more restorative, still energy where we focus on slowing down and filling up our cup. Yin is all about preserving energy. This nourishing and nurturing practice has less postures than Flow Yoga and postures are sustained for longer periods of time to access deeper layers of the body physically and emotionally but also to take us deeper into our own experience. Perfect for anyone in need of a good stretchy physical release but also for those in need of some replenishing self-care. Suitable for all.

Perfect for anyone who wants to learn all things related to the moon, ritual, connecting to our own feminine energy and beyond, self-care, empowerment, and all in a supportive female collective.
Yin & Breathwork

Sasha invites you to create a cosy space in the safe haven of your home for restorative release. Carve out space for you, to turn inwards and to rest and replenish in this monthly gift to yourself. This workshop takes us into a deeper inner meditative state, creating balance, harmony and peace in the mind and body.
Expect a nourishing practice for all levels with Pranayama (breathing), Restorative Flow and or Yin Yoga, completed on a long nourishing Savasana (relaxation).
