Shanti Yoga & Massage Glasgow is available for group hire for skills workshops, private companies, health promotional days, prisions and care units.
Sasha has worked with children, teenagers and adults for yoga and reiki. Group yoga, relaxation classes or 1-2-1 reiki sessions can be organised in your location or in the studio at the Hidden Lane. If the class is to be in your location, all that is needed is an empty space. All mats and other equipment can be provided.
Classes are priced at £30 per hour, dependant on location.
